Did you know that your acupuncture treatments could be covered by your health insurance?

I am in-network provider for the following plans:

  • Medical-Central Coast Alliance Health (CCAH)

  • Blue Shield

  • United Health Care / Optum

  • Kaiser Affinity Program

  • Landmark

  • Simple MSK/Physmetrics

Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific coverage, deductible, and copay. If you do not see your insurance listed, you may still have out-of-network acupuncture coverage. I’m happy to submit claims on your behalf so you can receive any available reimbursement.

Self Pay Rates

I accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA funds. Payment is required at the time of services offered.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations before 48 hours: Appointments canceled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or will not be charged.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the visit fee.

No-Shows: Patients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full fee of the scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late, the end time of your appointment slot will remain the same to ensure other patients are seen on time.
